Our Orthodontic Team
Our office staff includes chair-side assistants, appointment coordinators, treatment coordinator, financial coordinator, dental hygienist, imaging-records coordinator and marketing coordinator. Their educational backgrounds are rich, and their achievements vary from community college experience to university degrees and certifications. Our Team members participate in seminars and continuing education programs.
Denise
I live in Deerfield, a small farming community, with my husband. We have a son and a daughterin-law who have blessed us with two grandchildren, and we have a daughter who is a recent graduate of Michigan State University (Go Green!). Outside of work I love to read, golf, and watch sports.
I have been lucky enough to be the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Hinesly for the last 25 years. I love what I do and who I work with! Watching people achieve a straight, beautiful, and confident smile is immensely satisfying.
Rita
My name is Rita and I have been in dentistry for over 30 years. I work in orthodontics and general dentistry; both are vastly rewarding professions. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, going on walks, and riding my bike. I appreciate all of the seasons Michigan has to offer. I have been fortunate to work with Dr. Hinesly for over 30 years.
Mary
I currently live in Jackson with my charming husband and we have been blessed with two beautiful and bright children. Spending time with our grandsons keeps us busy! I love baking sugar cookies, rooting for my beloved Michigan State Spartans and playing tennis with my family and friends. GO GREEN!
I have had the unique pleasure of working with Dr. Hinesly and the team for over 25 years! I truly find pleasure in working with the patients and their families, and seeing how a lovely smile has such a positive impact on their future.
Jenny
My husband and I live in Tecumseh. Outside the office I spend my free time with my family and friends, reading good books, and taking walks. I especially enjoy spoiling my grandkids every chance I get. As Practice Director, I love supporting Dr. Hinesly and the team as we, “Change the World, One Smile At A Time.”
Sara
I live in Deerfield with my family. My first job was at Hinesly Orthodontics in sterilization when I was 16. I graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green!) in 2020 and came back to work with Dr. Hinesly and the team once again. I am now a front desk receptionist and the Marketing Coordinator for the office. Outside of work I spend my time baking, reading, traveling, and hanging out with my family and friends. I also have two incredible nephews and I love spoiling both of them.
Kendra
I was born and raised in Tecumseh, and I currently live here with my husband, daughter, two step daughters, and our dog Hank. Outside of work I enjoy going on camping trips with my family. My role at Hinesly Orthodontics is front desk receptionist. As a former patient of Dr.Hinesly’s I like seeing patients grow into young adults with a beautiful smile.
Makenzie
I was born and raised in Saline. I currently live in Clinton with my husband and our cat. In my free time I enjoy fishing, camping, and painting. Taking trips up North is my favorite thing to do! I have a few different roles at Hinesly Orthodontics, however my main roles are working in the lab and taking records on patients. I love meeting all the new smiling faces, and watching our patients grow!
Tiffani
My two beautiful daughters keep me very busy! We love doing crafts and of course shopping is our favorite thing to do in our free time. In the summer you can find us in the pool or at the lake! I have been in orthodontics for over 10 years. At Hinesly Orthodontics I am an assistant in the clinic. I love being a part of changing people's lives with their smiles. The bond that is created with our patients is heartwarming. Although it’s all “Go Green” at the office I like to yell “GO BLUE!”

I live in Tecumseh with my husband and our two daughters. When I’m not at work you can find me reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. At the office I am a front desk receptionist. I love how we strive to make each patient feel special and important.
